When our immersion students took the STAMP 4Se language assessment for the first time, the results revealed unexpected gaps in vocabulary growth. I designed professional learning sessions that helped teachers unpack the data, collaborate on solutions, and create a social language framework that strengthened vocabulary instruction and student expression across grade levels.

To make teacher support more consistent and meaningful, I designed a schoolwide observation and feedback system that distributed leadership across our team. By pairing structure with empathy, we created a culture where teachers felt seen, supported, and encouraged to grow through ongoing, personalized feedback.
