Designing Collaborative Professional Development for Teachers
As our immersion program grew each year, I designed professional development that helped teachers become confident creators of their own curriculum. Through a constructivist, project-based approach, we built a culture of collaboration, reflection, and shared ownership over learning design.
Language Immersion Curriculum Map (2018-2019)
When our language immersion program expanded to include 3rd grade and new literacy standards, I led a collaborative effort to realign curriculum across Spanish and Chinese tracks. The result was a shared framework connecting pacing, standards, and project-based learning through PBLWorks.
